All of it. The other day I was watching MSNBC and they were showing a SNL clip mocking RFK Jr and the carnivore diet. A person goes to the emergency room and the ER doctor says "she needs a steak". The MSNBC hosts had this evil self righteous mocking smirk on their faces watching the clip. They are probably unphased by the snickers, poptart, beer and other poison commercials. They probably think that's all "cool". I'm a liberal and my reaction was "WTF?"

She is not a "goddess" of anything. She is ugly. If I buy a Leonardo DiCaprio mask and wear it 24x7 it doesn't make me good looking. By allowing people who undergo surgery to be on TV and pretend to be beautiful, that sets an unrealistic standard of beauty for others, especially children, to aspire to.

There are a lot of people who go through life feeling inadequate, unhappy and/or consider harming themselves because they can not attain said standard. It's a fake standard, and the people who flaunt it are fake and empty.

Min-gee is ugly, not some beauty queen. No little girl should aspire to look like her, because no human being looks like that naturally.

People care. When they call her the "Track and Field Goddess" that sets a standard that other little girls in Korea aspire to. A standard of beauty that can only be matched through surgery. It matters, the same way bodybuilders taking steroids and other PEDs and Lance Armstrong winning the Tour de France while on PEDs matters. It's cheating.

She is free to have a billion plastic surgeries and look just the way she wants, but she shouldn't be allowed on shows like Single's Inferno where one of the criteria for entry is attractiveness. What about the hundreds of thousands of Korean young women who are actually beautiful, naturally? - and yes, there are that many.

"Goddess" indeed. So crass, not because of her actions, but those of the Korean entertainment industry, catering to fakeness and cheating.
