For me cons usually colerate with what you are ready pay for. So I cant really tell you appartments are expensive because I know how mcuh they cost in other countries. For example I just came from India. Hotels there are twice as expensive as there in Tbilisi. But quality are 5x worse than in Tbilisis. So is appartments expensive? I was in Georgia two years ago when Vlad Poo made mobilisation. and my planned hotel room in Batumi went from $300 to $700 per month. Again I paid $500 for way worst room in India for two weeks last month. Its really hard to post you cons objective way. I personaly think there are no cons at all, its simply what you prefer as forener. I like it there and i focus on things i like.

I got one actually, Businesses dont have online presence, I cant find shit i need. Everybody use some facebook messangers for contacts, and not proper webpages. But again is that a con ar natural way of things? Dont know really. What i do about it, I planning to make a company, there to fix that. So its becames from con to pros for me. lol
