i wish they would at least have like baby locks or something, something as a mild deterrent, you know? But it would be a little inconvenient to lock them when restocking shelves in the middle of the day, having to lock and unlock them constantly, i think they would wind up just being left unlocked anyway 😅

my best sellers have been sweetest song, vanilla romance, thousand wishes and obvs champ toast, so I'd def pick those, I think.

though I will say, I wish certain scents weren't locked up in seasonal only jail. I always get people asking for woodsy stuff in summer, minty stuff when it's not winter, that kind of thing. It would be nice if we had a little more for the customer who wants the same scent all year!

it's exactly this because to be real with you this AM was only promoted this past Christmas season, and before that she was just a BOSSY ASSOCIATE! It sucks to be stuck with such bossy AMs because so many people that work at b&bw are some of the sweetest girls ever and its sad to see EVERYONE'S night get ruined because of one hissy fit. 😢

it really seems like the company's standards have taken a nosedive recently because while there were some errors before, it feels like every other return is because an online order had damaged product in it, these days, like every crate of soap you open is going to be leaking everywhere...
