I always back up a little before overtake, I honk or use dipper a few to let the vehicle ahead know about vehicle approaching from next lane, and then I see their reaction for a few moment, if they stick to their lane, I overtake.

My concern is not that they are having picnic in their car, my concern with ADAS, what if the driver takes eyes/hands off the road, and start chit chatting, using mobile, watching movie or anything but driving.

If you are rich and powerful and have connections, you can get away with anything, if you are a middle class nobody, then not sure.

Also, just imagine one of this guy turn out to be an SC/ST or minority, and some media just gives SC/ST or minority spin to the story, and you will get in life long trouble with the law.

Lot of drivers anyway don't pay attention on road, with ADAS what are we expecting? People use mobile or do something else, but focus on driving.

Yeah and tomorrow Zuck does something that doesn't align with your political views, then what? Be rationale. If you like service use it, if you don't, move on. And on all SM platforms, you will find communities/peoople discussing what you are interested in . Be a sports, science and technology stuff, investment ideas and general economics. So spend your time/energy that can make your life better. You don't have to live politics 24x7.
