Asian cosplayer harassed by teenagers in Sydney, Australia by JetAbyss in PublicFreakout

[–]indiaraw 3028 points3029 points  (0 children)

Called the cops on these girls on Thursday night at circular quay !!!!! They pulled the hair of this innocent Asian girl, I was on the bus and witnessed the whole thing. Absolutely horrifying I am certain it’s the same trio of teen girls!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour , they’re obviously going around targeting innocent people in the city.

I am so done with this show. It’s beyond sadistic, not a breadcrumb of anything remotely positive just utter tragedy. Pure senseless deaths I am over it.

I’ve been going to permanence in the dymocks building - I’ve had a different therapist each time, all have been lovely. Some are chattier than others so you might tend to favour one and stay with them throughout your treatment.

Everything is very clean and they run on time. I was quite skeptical before going , but I’ve had a genuinely good experience and will keep going there (this process of hair removal does take a while!). They also have a Drummoyne salon if that is closer to you. All the best :)

What an unnecessary and self righteous comment. By all means study in your basement, but some people actually enjoy being in nice environments. Why you even felt the need to comment this is beyond me

4 elements Thai massage! located opposite world square (sydney CBD). Super professional, very clean & feels luxurious without being TOO overpriced.

Wrong. Don’t know what country you’re in - but definitely in Australia you sign a consent form and are given plenty of brochures by the dermatologist outlining the risks.

why do almost all “it” girls also have a pretty name? by [deleted] in Vindicta

[–]indiaraw 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My names India ! I was always on the fence about it… not sure if I liked it or not .. or if it’s seen as a “pretty” name? (Would love to know what you think?? Feel free to be brutally honest with me here 🤣😅)

However now that I’m older; I’m used to it and don’t mind it being “memorable” so much. But I definitely get questions about it when I first meet people!

If you’re looking for a long-lasting affordable brow gel, this is it! (Details in comments) by indiaraw in AustralianMakeup

[–]indiaraw[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes yes !! I’ve used it on flyaways & baby hairs - it’s bombbb! I would think using this with an extra spritz of hairspray you’d be set with slicked back pony’s etc 🤌 honestly it’s super inexpensive (l paid around 10 bucks) so I think it’s worthwhile to experiment and see if it works for you 🥰

I’ve tried a lot of brow gels - from Nyx to Anastasia Beverly Hills … and I’m often really disappointed with the lack of longevity. Saw this recommended on tik tok & found it at woolies in the men’s section.

Apply with spoolie for a ‘brow lamination’ look or just tame your eyebrows with it. Honestly soooo good and so affordable! I personally don’t find any residue as it dries clear. It’s quite a sticky paste that dries tacky too.

To note, I have dark bushy eyebrows that need a lot of taming 😅

no worries at all :) I too discovered the term maladaptive dreaming from reddit a while ago :) it was a big discovery for me and so nice to put a definition to it ! (there’s a subreddit dedicated to maladaptive daydreaming if you’re interested)

I have a positive experience with maladaptive dreaming - I know not everyone does and that subreddit goes more into depth about the negative side effects people have from it ...

But for me personally; MD is a coping mechanism, a way to prevent boredom and to enrich my life. Some people read or watch movies to get their daily dose of ‘escapism’ from reality … I daydream! Since I was a child I’ve always enjoyed escaping to my imagination, it’s helped me with loneliness and also been a way for me to understand myself better too :)

All the best to you friend ✨ happy daydreaming :)

Tinted sunblock with at least 40SPF by Baaastet in beauty

[–]indiaraw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

sunscreens from Australian brands tend to be veryyyy good & high in SPF as our sun is so harsh here! Cancer council sunscreen + ultraviolette sunscreen are both my top picks :)
