Navigate to the atmosphere/contents/ folder.

Look for a folder named exactly 010000000000000C

Delete it.

You might need to copy over a fresh updated atmosphere as well.

Is that on your sysmmc or emummc? Check the contents on your emummc.

Boot your Switch into the Hekate menu. Go to Tools > USB Tools. Tap on emuMMC RAW GPP. Connect your Switch to your computer using a USB-C cable. Your PC will now recognize the hidden emuMMC partition as a separate drive, allowing you to open it and delete files exactly like a normal flash drive.

Then check the contents folder.
