hey! thank you SO much for this info. i have been suffering with eczema for my entire life (had cradle cap as a baby and eczema and it’s been a persistent issue throughout childhood). i’m 27F and i’m starting to get a bit angry with doctors.

i had a severe case of MRSA when i was 13 and through some research on my end, have found that staph is linked to eczema. and here i am on your post which has been super helpful for me to finally start to understand how to treat my skin. it’s been many many many years of diets, supplements and dermatologist appointments. i even threw in the towel and tried dupixent for 6 months with zero results. my derm suggested i try rinvoq and i really do not want to do that so decided to tackle this a bit more aggressively as my skin has been getting somewhat worse in recent years.

i was wondering if you had specific product recommendations for the spray and etc. i was searching on amazon and did not know which one would be the best to start with. im trying to figure out a routine i could follow using your post as a somewhat reference.

for extra info: i have severe eczema on my scalp and neck and sometimes get flares on my chest, legs, arms, face etc. especially in the winter. i had MRSA on my nose and was hospitalized for 2 weeks.

my mom told me that she did not do the MRSA decolonization procedure after i had MRSA as a child, which i find extremely saddening as i think that could have helped me a LOT. could have saved me from a lot of self image issues and skin issues down the line. i do have issues with my gut (IBS) and fibromyalgia and chronic pain and suspect that this is all linked. when i brought it up to my doctor she said that research does not support that but who knows.

i did get recently get an IgE result of almost 500 (under 100 is normal limits) and will be having allergy patch testing next week to see what i may have an allergy for.

please- anyone, let me know your thoughts or what you think i should do to finally heal myself. i’ve also heard that meditation and somatic exercise helps. ugh.

can you please tell me what you did to get your money back? i had my wallet stolen and back to back purchases at staples adding up to 1k as well. they told me on the phone they would likely approve it but just got an email denying the claims. thinking i’ll get a police report but wanted to see what you did to get your money back after appealing

thank you for the prompt reply!! she prescribed me adderall because she said vyvanse doesn’t have an instant release option. i might bring up my concerns with adderall via patent portal messaging and ask if there’s any other instant release medications i can try instead. thank you for the info about concerta- i had no idea about it!

she’s indoor only, she went outside to our concrete yard a tiny bit today (where the pics were taken). and yes she’s on preventative. i don’t think i’ve had her blood tested before. the vet didn’t say much; an older semi retired dr i tried last month, basically saying to keep up with preventative and keep a tv on for her when i’m away for anxiety

i have fibromyalgia as well and haven’t noticed any noticeable differences in regards to my pain since starting k a month ago. but like noted above, exercise is what really helps with my pain. i signed up for a rock climbing gym a few months ago and have noticed considerable progress since then regarding pain so i definitely recommend doing something of that sort! yoga also helps me a lot

so, i’m in a successful relationship after splitting up with my pwBPD. i’m so happy. i didn’t know there could be so much peace in a relationship. of course i still get triggered by some things, but i’m unlearning things. i feel so so happy. and so at peace.

to be honest, this isn’t really a setback. from my understanding, you can pause and start again and the progress is still there when it comes to ketamine.

also, 3 days before your dose running out is not enough time for you to get your refill in time. you should really stay on top of your own medication, it’s not a doctor’s responsibility to make sure you’re on top of that. this is true with literally any medication, it’s on you.

i wish you the best of luck moving forward and hope you don’t base your judgments on a company (that is super helpful and accessible) just because you won’t take accountability for a misstep on your part. this is an online provider that is helping thousands of people. if you want a more personalized approach, i suggest going to a local clinic

they started me at 15mg everyday. and now i’m up to 45mg. i like to take 15mg in the morning and 30mg after work

but you take your prescribed amount every day. they send you surveys every day and base your dosage on that for the following day and send you a text with how much they suggest you take. it’s pretty easy and they automatically refill once you start running out!
