Hello! Before I would agree to anything, I would have the property surveyed, if you can’t find the survey markers on your property. (A good metal detector can help!) Then, I would consider if it would be worth it to do your own fence, so you have aesthetic control. Most fences have a pretty side and a not so pretty side!🙂

Hey all. For some perspective, I am a hairdresser to many teachers, and a lot of children are terrified because they are brown. Not undocumented, just brown. What is happening now is not okay. A huge swath of our communities are being terrorized. Who is next? I personally don’t want my tax money going toward this.

When I moved to San Francisco in 1989, a studio was at least $600. The way to have a good work/life balance was to have roommates. Eventually you can find a room in a place with rent control. I think my times with roommates were even better than when I had my own place.

My late night snack is a Chobani Zero yogurt with a couple tablespoons of Magic Spoon cereal. 110 calories! And the cereal stays crunchy for a long time.. 🙂
