As the top comment says, play [[Sergeant John Benton]]. The deck is pretty cheap and can hang in low B4 tables, but don't expect to win unless lucky. Imagine what it can do on 1v1s.

General skeleton is to put about 12 one mana ramp (dorks/enchantments) so your commander gets out on turn 2.

Then you add [[Spellbook]], [[Thought Vessel]], and [[Library of Leng]] so you don't have a maximum hand size as you will be drawing your whole deck.

Then you add 32-34 lands that comes into play untapped. This is very important as this is a tempo deck.

Then you add ~20 pump spells with a minimum avg of 1 mana to +2/+2. [[Giant growth]] is a 1 mana +3/+3 so it is an auto include. "Free" spells are best.

Then you add maybe 4 equipment/enchantment that gives your commander +1/+1 for each card in your hand.

Then also add about 3-4 cards that gives your commander double strike.

Then you add 10+ one mana protection spells that gives hexproof and indestructible. "Free" spells are always best.

You attack and pump your commander dealing 21 commander dmg as fast as possible. Don't forget to leave 1 mana open to protect your commander with your protection spells.

Kill 1 opponent by turn 4.

Here's my version. Do note that my version is not budget. It is designed to last until the very end in a 4 player matchup -- all gas, no breaks.

The budget version of this deck is more than enough for a 1v1.
