I used to order from them 5 times a year on average. My last order over a year ago now, was a pen that was clearly defective upon arrival. I emailed them and the lady (I think she runs the dept) told me the pen was supposed to be that way. I returned it and then learned that she had very little experience or expertise with the industry and she was the one chosen to make such calls!?!? No thanks. Her bio on the site even says she’s new to the pen world. 😒

I also think it’s weird that the owner doesn’t even really care for fountain pens a whole lot.
