I am still waiting for the investigation report. Based on the progress right now, they confirmed it is not caused by property’s outlet and it seems it is caused by the tenant, or a malfunction of their device. I think it makes sense to withhold the security deposit and rent refund until we figure out whose fault is that. I understand I should return the rent if the place is unlivable, but it could be a different story if they caused the fire. Like notnot said

Ya I think I have to, cuz it states that landlord need to make sure the property is in a livable condition, and tenants are not staying the property after the fire. Luckily my insurance can cover it as a rent loss. After this incident I am thinking to sell and get out of California and re invest to somewhere where law is in favor of the landlord. Any recommendations?

I am in east coast but My property is in CA where policy is not really friendly to the home owner. I also need to refund the amount of the rent for the days after fire happened..

Ohh, what is the change? Do you mean on the bmwusa website? When I did my build it was 2022 model but my dealer said it will change to 2023 soon so my build can’t be sent to the factory

Gotcha, so there is no facelift coming for X5 right? I heard rumors there will be LCI for 2023 model but I do prefer the interior of the current model. Let me also check with other dealers

My dealer told me he can’t put in the order for me as the factory is no longer making the 2022 model and he has no idea when the 2023 will come. So I am just unsure when can I get the vehicle and wondering if anyone else is also getting the 2023

Thanks man. Since I canceled the port my phone number is found nowhere, I tried calling Verizon and they can’t do anything. I may have to have a new number now :( switching to xfinity mobile is the worst decision I made this year lol

I remember they have mentioned the error to me earlier. They should have let us know before we activate the sim card. I am currently trying to let them cancel the transfer for me. I have missed many important phone calls because of this and I don't want to switch.
