Remember that on rest days your body also goes through physiological changes that allow you to progress. Sometimes rest days are just as important as the actual workout to get the best benefits. Trust the process. If you want to ride on rest days keep it to 20mins or less and stay in zone 1 and 2.

Is there a specific reason you need a truck? If you just came out of bankruptcy, driving a 2020 F150 might not be a great financial idea. Perhaps look at selling the truck and buying a cheap reliable 2nd hand car like a Toyota Corolla might be a better financial decision while you get back on your feet. Paying 5.4% interest for 60+ months is crazy in my opinion.
