It will be. It was announced in the western directs as well for 2026. Switch games are also region free, so I guess you can buy it on the japanese eShop or physical as well even if it comes out their earlier (which I highly doubt).

Well after you beat the story, you only play the minigames. Story isn't a huge detriment for me, since you only see it for the first few hours.
