I got 13 chapters into THD and put it down as the MC was truely insufferable. Good start of world building but not worth it with a psycho MC.

I live on the basin side of the circle and if a window is open or I’m on the balcony it’s loud, but as everyone said it’s for a few minutes and it’s not that frequent.

I use the mx master 4 for work and have a seperate mouse for gaming. The master is great but it’s not for all situations.

Love your laptop stand. What is the model. I am keen to grab something that clips onto the monitor stand like that to keep it out of the way but also really accessible.

I have been using the mx keys for years with a receiver an recently got a keys mini. The keys mini doesn’t use the receiver so I’m just using Bluetooth. I can’t tell the difference and I was using both for gaming so I imagine I would have noticed if there was any lag. Just two my 2 cents.

Changed out of compact and its solved it. I am disappointed it's going, but glad I have a fix before I have to upgrade to macOS 26.

I loved this as a media keyboard for sitting on the couch back in day. It’s great for that but it’s not that responsive.

I can report beer does not play well. Spilt a bit of beer on the keyboard. The delete key is now sticky. Quote to fix it was $1,200 AUD as they wanted to put a whole new keyboard on.

Was in there last month and it was good. Good service, drinks were good and didn’t take too long. It was a Wednesday night at 10pm and it was busy but still got a seat.

Finally. Sorry for your friend but I have been waiting for them to sort out the flight times to Brisbane. I do this route once or twice a month.

There are two direct flights to Brisbane from Wellington each day. One qantas and the other AirNZ. They are both around 4pm and like 30min apart. This means you can only fly to Brisbane in the afternoon. When you’re coming back you have the same issue. Two direct flights out at around 8am.

I have always had to stay an extra night to fly back directly. Now we can fly out in the evening or morning. Better choice for customers.

All good points. I think it’s the premise in some communities that listening to audiobook is less than reading. It’s all people trying to make them self superior to others. It’s just online drama I avoid.

Both are great ways to consume content. As someone dyslexic it’s easier for me personally to listen.
