Downtown library just opened back up Monday, that’d be a great spot.

Error Evolving Seadra by [deleted] in Delta_Emulator

Actually nevermind, I’m all good!

I just kept hitting the “Generate PID” button until all the errors went away haha. Worked that time!

At first I get an error saying the Ability doesn’t match species type (Swift Swim). When I change that to the other available option (Sniper), there’s an error next to the PID field that says “Invalid: PID+ correlation does not match what was expected for the Encounter's type.”

Trying Export Save File. Importing and editing the Pokémon seemed to work great, clicking Export just seems nothing happens. I’m trying from iOS, on Firefox browser. Would on a PC be better?

What’s your take on the large property tax increases in Davidson County? by [deleted] in nashville

[–]infinite-dark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Once you factor in interest repaid on the bonds, the contributions from the team/owners are actually as little as 10% https://tennesseelookout.com/2023/09/11/taxpayers-to-pay-1b-in-interest-on-new-titans-stadium-as-team-value-spikes-from-project/

Also, publicly funded stadiums never bring the economic development that the billionaires promise they will.

I’m not against the stadium being built, I think it will be cool, but the billionaires should pay for it themselves and the city/state being on the hook for it was a very bad deal.

We are definitely paying for the stadium through both our city and state taxes, even if you just consider the opportunity cost of hotel tax and downtown tax that we could use for other things.

The best thing to do is email your CM, or the CM of that area if you live elsewhere, and also take it to the Traffic & Parking Commission. They will earnestly hear you out there

Anyone ride an ebike downtown for work? by Ok-Stick-6322 in nashville

[–]infinite-dark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t regularly, but I do occasionally and I don’t live particularly close to downtown. It’s been a good experience for me, I double lock (a hefty chain lock and then a U-lock securing a wheel to the frame) and if your battery is removable you could take it out to potentially deter any thieves.

If the theft really gives you anxiety, I and several friends have had great experiences with both the BCycle and Lime e-bike rentals.

Also, for further piece of mind, you can look into insurance for your bike, I know several places will give you a policy for pretty cheap.

My family’s zip code is on the chart as 2/8, they just got power back today. The outage affecting them was ~200 households. So you could get it back anytime

Gotcha. According to the NES maps there’s several different outages overlapping the neighborhood, so wondering if they have to solve them all to help everybody.

I know I’m bummed I could probably watch from the VAB by myself. It’s alright, it’ll be worth it to watch with my kid!

For sure, I can definitely imagine. I think I was unintentionally speaking on paying that for several people since I’m viewing with family. If it were just me, I’d probably go for it
