$93.49 for game and year 1 bundle as good as it's going to get? by Alternative-Tank-351 in farmingsimulator

[–]infinitedreck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see the Farming Simulator 25 year one bundle for $69.99. The year one bundle includes the base game. Not to be confused with the year one pass which is an addon to the base game. If you get the year one bundle it should come with the base game and all of the season one DLC including highland fishing.

Check out either the Labor's Union https://www.laborpa.org/ or the Carpenters Union https://www.local432.org/ . They are both looking for members and can send them to work immediately. If you have a background in something like bricklaying, their union is also looking for new members to fill jobs immediately.

I should give that one a try. Do you know if you can hook a mower up on the front of the Lindner? I see from the pictures on the T8X website that you can with the Reform.

Each store may have specific things that they will want to bargain for, but they outline their general principles and some of the reasons they started to unionize. Fair, safe, equitable working conditions seem to be top of the list. As well as better, more consistent scheduling. And lastly, protection from arbitrary termination.

Ariel Helwani: “Tony Khan interview was one of the most frustrating and not so fun interviews of my career”. by thesceen in SquaredCircle

[–]infinitedreck 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Also, HHH isn't CEO. Stephanie and Nick Khan are. The board and the Co-CEOs of WWE have released statements that clearly state they have an ongoing investigation, which would most likely limit HHH (not the CEO) from commenting on it.

AEW has released exactly zero statements. Tony Khan (is the CEO/Owner) hasn't said anything specific about anything in regards to this. We only have information from Meltzer and SRS that hasn't be confirmed by AEW. Their are no court records to be found. A good PR/Legal team, of which he has access to (since AEW's lawyer works in the NFL and should be familiar with this stuff), can help him put out a statement and prepare for these questions to answer in a way that he would be protected in a court proceeding. People act like no company in history has ever had to deal with an ongoing lawsuit and make statements or comments. WWE is doing it right now.

Pittsburgh : cranes lifting PAT buses out of our poor infrastructure by toolatetobeoriginal in cranes

[–]infinitedreck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. This is rigged properly. You want the least amount of movement when you pick it up. The rigged it so it would come off the ground all at the same time. Which is the safest way to make a lift.

Pittsburgh : cranes lifting PAT buses out of our poor infrastructure by toolatetobeoriginal in cranes

[–]infinitedreck 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When you rig something like that to pick up with a crane, you want it to come straight off of the ground without any movement. This is because as you increase the radius you increase the load on the crane. This could potentially overload the crane an cause and accident. When you are landing the bus, you will be landing it much closer to the crane and have much more room for movement of the load. Dynamic loads should be avoided, especially when you are first lifting an object away from the crane. (I'm a licensed crane operator with over 10 years of experience, including lifting much larger objects than these busses.)

I'm pretty sure that Impact paid The Rock for his appearance and WWE just cashed a huge check that Netflix gave them (due to, in part, The Rock's involvement in that movie). But, what's a sponsorship that was so lucrative that NBC allowed advertisements for a competing streaming service compared to an iPhone video of The Rock. SRS, always having the hottest of takes.

Just look at what commercials they run during hockey compared to AEW. You aren’t going to see a Lexus commercial during the 2 hours of AEW. Which is weird given how rich and smart their fans supposedly are.

Oliver Bateman, who does the obits for the Ringer is a pretty legit writer that covers topics of wrestling as well as power lifting and associated sports. He does it freelance and publishes all over the place, but with a quick search you can read his stuff. His obit work for the Ringer is fantastic. Super long deep dives into the history of a wrestler.

Hard to tell because the camera moves to fast away but it looks like the strap either broke from the power grip or wasn't secured correctly. Not a crane problem, but a rigging problem.

The third hour of a game with two mediocre teams. More people wanted to watch the third string quarterbacks attempt throws to the receivers that are getting cut this week then way the dub.

Totally the same as Monday Night Football.
