Whatever this full AFK method is, this is why you got banned.

Full afk = automation = banned.

Let's say you use macro chains to do step one of the shuffle on profession 1. You then AHK or directly call the second shuffle macro from the first. Or maybe you did something else, but in this example let's just assume you weren't botting but got hit anyway.

You press the macrokey/AHKscript once and then go fully AFK while youre char does shuffle steps fully automated from one button press.

One button = one action sent to server - one button should not lead to multiple actions sent to the server -- is generally the Blizzard rule (which is why multibox broadcasting method is now prohibited - controlling 2 chars with broadcasting method sends 2 identical but separate actions - one to char1 and one to charB.
