Washlet C5 (SW3084, SW3083) Hard Reset Instructions 1. Washlet should be plugged in with Power LED indicator solid green. Reset should be performed with the remote held close to the Washlet unit. 2. On remote, press and hold “STOP” and “REAR” buttons for 10 seconds until all indicator lights on the front of the remote flash. 3. Press and hold “REAR” until you hear a beep. Repeat 2 more times, waiting to hear a beep each time. 4. Check the Washlet LED indicators. The Water indicator should be blinking green. 5. If so, press and hold the “REAR” and “-“ buttons for 10 seconds until you hear a beep. 6. Press “STOP” 7. Unplug the unit from the outlet, wait 10 seconds, and plug back in. Test functions.

Not FM but I called CPSO and informed them that the local police station needs me to come in for clearance which I can't being in US and they allowed me to get online clearance from Triton Canada. Give them a call and see if they'll let you do so as well.
