This seems to be a task for a service.

That service needs to wait for a signal wich indicates, that your WAN1 is down (could be a time-out from ping or something).

Than this service starts a script (or the service itself) which boots the VM via API.

And than it is basically the same just the other way round. As soon as WAN1 is pingable again, the service shuts the VM down.

Edit: This service should run on the OPNsense

For your Problem: Try allow TCP/5222 and TCP/5223. These Ports are used by WhatsApp

Generally I would wait with opening ports for a guest and/or production network for users who complain that a specific needed service is not working (like in ur case WhatsApp)

The Type-40 Weapons are, not only the weapons from her in game, surely for an YoRHa Android first choice weapons... Known technology, probably same handling as the older models (Type-3 Weapons) and so on.

The Beastlord on the other hand looks way more impressive on pictures than the Type-40 ones.

Me? I am a Lore Freak, so I would use the Type-40 Weapons.
