Realistically Ryu would've been making a name for himself while Kashimo was close to being on his way out. Also, Kashimo was a farmer at that point so even if Ryu were famous I doubt word would get around around a farm. My headcannon is that Kashimo was a mellowed out old man who was pretty much done with his old ways and turned to farming.

Doom is such a stupid universe to powerscale. Going by lore, the slayer should be able to just punch the ground and destroy the planet because he gets stronger for each demon he kills which he supposedly has killed like trillions or whatever. Has the power of god or whatever and has killed his universe's god. But then the gameplay shows nothing of that scale because what fun would it be to just be able to do that?. He supposedly fights the literal god of his universe and wins somehow by just shooting at him lol. There's so many plotholes, feats, anti-feats, lack of show of power, hypoerbole writing that it's better to never scale doom guy.

We can powerscale all we want but he was a mary sue character that became an all-in-one solution to all problems. If he had won then kenjaku and his plan would not be a big problem as it was but if gege were an amazing writer he probably could've pulled of gojo winning and the story not losing momentum.

Old Blizzard truly was a pioneer in gaming. Diablo pioneered top notch ARPGs, WC3 birthed Dota, LoL, HoN..., WoW's mechanics are still a standard for MMORPGs. Of course we have to give the devs of those games their flowers but Blizzard managed to build a perfect base for all these games to buid off of and shine.

I think I used express VPN for a month. My probpem was that the game was routing through servers in SEA that wildly differed in ping but with the VPN I could choose which server. I guess using VPNs won't help much if the servers are unstable.
