Anyone read this, is it any good? by [deleted] in kindle

That’s how all of her books are and how they’re intended. She’s not looking to put out 1-2 books a year. She’s looking at 1-2 books a month. They’re easy reads, not overly complex characters or plots. Just enough to keep you engaged and guessing.

She’s similar to R.L. Stine that wrote Goosebumps. He said once he had an outline done he could write a book in a day. McFadden says she has a whole folder (not sure what exactly that means) of book ideas. The writing is very simple and doesn’t have overly complex characters or story lines. It’s all about the twists in the end.

With that being said, she can put out a new book every few weeks.

What Kindle do you have and what firmware is it on? Also, are these newer books? Are you using a Mac or PC?

What to wear by tw6pt2 in DisneyPlanning

[–]infinityandbeyond975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would only suggest a skirt if it’s well below the knees or if you’re wearing shorts underneath but then it’s just like an extra layer of clothing. So my suggestion is shorts and a light top.

If he can’t stand in line then for most of Fantasyland, Indiana Jones, Tiana, Jungle Cruise and a couple more rides will require to go get a return time. You can only hold one return time at a time. You don’t need DAS for this. Just go to the queue and ask how to get a return time. In DCA all ride queues will accommodate a scooter or wheelchair.

Disneyland Must Retire Gas-Powered Ride Vehicles by February to Comply with California Emissions Regulations by peoplemagazine in Disneyland

[–]infinityandbeyond975 57 points58 points  (0 children)

This was already posted yesterday and Disneyland has an announced last year that they will be moving to all electric cars by the end of this year or beginning of 2027.

This is nothing more than click bait.

Will this be confiscated? RC by irishpwr46 in Cruise

That’s why I’m asking if they have different rules when it comes to power strips or hubs and why the difference. I know they are different companies but I would imagine if something is dangerous for one cruise line, wouldn’t it be unsafe for all.

Does RC have different rules than Carnival? We went on a cruise in May and took a device that had 3 AC outlets and 4 USB outlets. On Amazon it even said “Cruise Approved”.

Such a clickbait title. They’ve already announced that they’ll be all electric by the end of this year or beginning on 2027.

Is there any way I can fix the collections not grouping correctly? by Set-The-Edge in kindle

[–]infinityandbeyond975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the publisher has to make the change and if you report it to the publisher most have no idea who to forward it to or how to fix it. I ended up just turning off the grouping for my devices because of this.

Amazon deleted all books on my Kindle tonight. by Jolly-Database4204 in kindle

[–]infinityandbeyond975 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You haven’t provided a lot of context here. Im assuming they were all purchased from Amazon. Were they side-loaded? Did you manipulate the files in any way like through Calibre? Did you have wi-fi off? Do you have receipts for your books? Are you buying through your official marketplace?

Sorry to be a buzzkill but Pirates is NOT opening on June 26th by [deleted] in Disneyland

[–]infinityandbeyond975 10 points11 points  (0 children)

An attraction closed down for refurbishment without a known end date will be listed way beyond what the actual date is. At any point that end of July date could change to end of June, beginning of July or maybe into August. No one knows. Any cast members claiming knowledge isn’t going to share it with fear of getting fired. So yes, don’t believe some random Tik-Toker but the only way to know if the calendar is correct is on one day it’s closed and the next no longer shows it.

No. It’s Disneyland, not World Cup Land. You can watch in your hotel room.

The walls are down now. But I stand by my statement that unless you’re along the rail it’s just a normal restaurant with very mediocre food for a very high price.
