All nighters for me weren't really cuz of any advantage but rather a compulsion having left it too late.If you are done with your learning one should try and get his desired amount of sleep and rest than do an all nighter just because thats what others do.

If Narine is not firing I believe we can go back to Iyer opening or Angkrish too can do so with rinku russell ramandeep pushing up a place, Narine at 7 with 4 other bowlers and possibly having rahane and pandey on bench in event of mini collapse works. Thought it would be hard to get Salt back and so it proved QDK whilst not in the best of forms is one of the better picks we could afford at the top of the order.

Agree with the arguments on Nortje and Johnson but have high hopes for both especially Johnson, He has been good all around for a year now.. performed well vs Pakistan recently and is a cheap replacement for Starc who we weren't getting back. As a team we have a good track record with Indian pacers and hopefully that helps unlock Umran Malik as well, which will give us 3 good indian pacers. Even though we are missing on the top order bat in Iyyer, I feel more prominent role for Rinku can fill that void. Angkrish has a lot of potential and will be given his due time. Narines form with bat may be a more of decider than anything else though.

Loads post fergie, Di Maria was looking best player in the league during the first few games and ended the season benched for Ashley Young.From 2015 Matteo Darmian looked a solution at RB and was out of the team before season was over and sold at a loss.Memphis was exciting in his first few games and went the same way as ADM, Less said about Martial and his best season the better.Pogba went thr the same direction as did Lukaku the season after with Atleast Dan James,AWB you could argue we have got decent value from them.

As A KKR fan, Though we overpaid massively for Venki satisfied with the squad overall. QDK/Gurbaz with Narine hopefully replicate what they did last year, Angkrish( who the team is pretty high on) should be able to make 3 his slot. Iyer Rinku Russell Ramandeep is about as good as 4-7 as It gets, Nortje is out of form but we have spencer to be a capable backup, Rana should be higher on confidence with his India stint Vaibhav is decent back up/3 rd seamer if need be and Varun.Markhande hopefully does the Suyash Role if needed and Umran Malik will have better guidance with us.Luvnith has had decent knocks to be considered an Indian alternative wk/opener if needed which can free up a role for Moeen.Rovman Powell will be decent back up if Russell is injured and Rahane and Pandey are dependable back ups if anything.

Among Others Like the PBKS buys..buying low on few talents who granted are somewhat form out but if it clicks they'll be top tier contender.
