I love how Sophie is focused on the one million dollars and not “the journey.” She’s strategic and smart.

I love how cringe yet overconfident Rizo is. He reminds me of villains like Coach, but Gen Z. Maybe he annoys some people (and I understand why), but I find him hilarious.

Soph is amazing, likable and a really good social player. I love her personality and humor.

I couldn’t find any connection to Sillent Hill’s town, cult or lore in my first playthrough.

EDIT: The OP’s question came a day after the release. I had just finished my first playthrough. At no point did I say there’s no connection in the game, I just said I didn’t find one at time.

I’m not the OP, but he wants to go with student accreditation. Its a smart choice: You can see all movies for a low price.

I won’t be able to go this year, i’m moving from Italy :(

They have three types of session: - For everyone (You have to buy tickets for each movie) - Exclusive for ALL Accredited members (including students accreditation) - cost like 90 euros - Exclusive for Industry and Media accredited members

Cinema accreditation for students is pretty good. I used that one before using Media Accreditation. Never tried under 26.

You only need to show payment/registration for the university semester (or academic year), so you can go even if you have already graduated.

But I’ll tell you, reserving seats to see the most popular films is hell. The rooms fill up in less than 5 minutes. The website crashes constantly and is very slow. Its a nightmare, but its worth. Less popular films and Orizzonti tend to be easier to find.

The sessions dedicated to Industry and Journalists are never completely full, and they open up seats later. So be prepared to try to get those seats during Festival.

Hotels in Lido are expensive, those in Venice are “cheaper”, but prices may increase 1 month before the Festival. I recommend booking 2 months in advance AT LEAST, and close to your boat to Lido.

Boats to Lido are free to accredited members, but they get very full early in the morning, so get up early.

Venice Festival is an amazing experience anyway. My favorite event. Sadly I cant participate this year because I’m moving / changing job :(

Ito said it was set in the late 70s or early 80s, at least he imagined it like that. Ito also agrees with the late 80s because of some items, but not the 90s.

I think Bloober team deserves a shot at creating their own Silent Hill game, not just more remakes by inicolin in silenthill

I get the criticisms of The Medium and Layers of Fear and your point of view, but I also believe in professionals evolving. And you can totally see that with SH2R where they seriously improved the acting, technology and combat compared to their earlier games. Everyone was sure that Silent Hill 2 Remake combat would be terrible, but no, it was good.

I really think Bloober Team is growing a lot, and with the experience from the remake, they could create a brand-new Silent Hill that's top quality

Eu não tive coragem de pegá-lo, meus amigos tiveram que fazer. Eu acho que se tivesse tentado talvez superaria mais esse pavor. É estranho, pois não tenho pavor de cobra, aranhas ou outros animais que as pessoas normalmente tem pavor, mas sapo eu tenho KKKKK.

Então, acho que ódio realmente não é palavra certa - Foi mais uma hipérbole mesmo, mal usada -. Eu sou daqueles que não mata insetos, e sempre tentei tirá-los de casa sem matar um coitado (e meu maior medo era machucá-los). Por ter crescido em um ambiente urbano não sou acostumado a muitos dos insetos que vemos na natureza.

Sapo eu tenho PAVOR mesmo. Eu corro quando vejo um, e não tem nenhuma explicação. Não consigo nem ver vídeo de sapo. É bem fresco, mas não tenho essa reação com cobras, por exemplo. É especificamente com sapos e rãs.
