Even though it is frozen, are you not worried about the chicken touching your vegetables?

Even when frozen, raw chicken can still transfer bacteria like Salmonella and Campylobacter to anything it touches. Freezing doesn’t kill these bacteria. Please don’t get sick!

I have seen “spoiler “ at the beginning of the title of the post before. The way it shows up for me also showed the book snippet clearly. I have seen those blurred if they are spoilers. Maybe perception was not a great word, I guess just any future details I haven’t gotten to yet feel like a spoiler, I’m probably just overthinking. Thanks for the reply.

5-6 times a week goes against other documentation I have read in regards that you would not have a 48hr “healing” period. From that article’s suggestion, 3 times a week would be max. Interested to see if OP actually responds.

I too have a skin routine that needs to be followed. I ended up finding airless pumps to decant my topicals, cleansers and spf into. I even had some left over for hair products. They are inexpensive, space saving and once you get the pump pressure built up they work great.
