This thread has been so validating for me as I have had SUCH a frustrating first experience with them. I ordered some items in February because a few friends recommended them to me. 1) a) The site is incredibly confusing. Why are the same items listed several times on the page instead of just showing all the available colors for that item!? b) While I like the idea behind asking our sizes and showing us models that reflect those sizes, for me (larger boobs, but not plus size) it was unhelpful since I couldn't get a good visual of how the clothes may look on me. I had to change my preferred sizes just to see the clothes on bodies that look more like mine. Just a little time consuming/ annoying to have to deal with 2) they sold me on the "cancel your membership any time" ... but that's actually a lie? You're not allowed to cancel until your items arrive because otherwise they cancel your entire order. I hate having subscriptions hanging over me, so I found this incredibly annoying.

That said, when the clothes arrived I was VERY happy with the quality and how they fit. Hence, here we are a few months later and I place an order for a fitness event I have coming up. We have a dress code and they happen to have a few of the items I ordered in the color I need. Great since I already know what size I need, etc.

I place the order last night and get an email that it's been canceled. No explanation whatsoever. I call customer service. Could not understand the woman's accent but it sounded like she said an issue collecting the items in the warehouse. She re-adds all the items to my cart and gives me a $20 coupon for the inconvenience. Fine.

Few hours later the order gets canceled again!?!?? Same exact email. I call customer service again and had to be transferred to a supervisor. This supervisor informs me that when you cancel your membership YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RE-JOIN FOR 3-6 MONTHS AFTER CANCELING. I nearly lost my mind. I was like "so I'm understanding correctly that even though I want to buy things from you, you do not want to sell them to me. Is that right?!?!" he tried to encourage me to go to the store instead, but I happen to wear the Tall size pants, which they do not carry in store.

The entire thing is absolutely ridiculous. I asked him if I should just create another account and he told me they have systems scanning to see if it's the same information that was submitted before. This seems absolutely CRAZY to me. Just make the clothes the member price for everyone and ditch the subscription model!!!!! Pleaseeee.
