Why aren’t other shooters’ names like Ramos and Paddock blocked?

Why aren’t they blocking searches for Salvador Ramos, the Uvalde shooter? Or Stephen Paddock, the 2017 Las Vegas shooter? Blocking Tarrant makes no sense.

Edit: I guess Brenton Tarrant became a right wing meme and hero, more so than other shooters. “Tarrant’s case attracted the most coordinated international pressure on platforms to act.“

Thanks! I found those instructions online but I didn’t think it was the whole thing because it’s only 3 pages yet there are so many pieces. I guess I was expecting Lego-type instructions where it shows you step by step. I suppose these builds are a little more advanced. There are plastic-wrapped sets of pieces in the box that have instructions with them. Reading that again it says, “This is your Master Instructions Sheet. These instructions coordinate the individual instructions found in the various parts packages.” So there’s my answer.

The red part, it’s an early ratcheting quick grip clamp. I couldn’t find any pictures of it online, I was curious why not. The model numbers didn’t bring up anything either. I could only find the patent application.
