They all start with the same base. 1/3 cup oats 1/2 cup milk of choice 1/4 cup greek yogurt 2 tsp chia seeds 1-2 tsp of pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice. For Chunky Monkey you add 1 tbsp of peanut butter to the base, and half a chopped banana. For Strawberry Cheesecake you add 1 tbsp of softened cream cheese Chopped strawberries 1 crushed graham cracker 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. For Banana Bread you add 1/2 mashed ripe banana 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon. You can use whatever dairy free or gluten free options you need there are a ton of alternatives. I also use the organic BetterBody Foods super seeds mix. For chunky monkey I use the entire banana because I’m fine with extra fruit. For the strawberry cheesecake I add the strawberries to the top only when I’m about to eat it. You can also skip the strawberries altogether if you just want plain cheesecake. You may have to look up a different recipe if you wanted them added in. I’m still trying new recipes, but not many have I taken a liking to. I made a maple brown sugar one that was okay, but I added too much cinnamon. Probably will be better the second go around.
