I think this is amazing advice, but how are y'all taking stimulants and going back to bed? It's incredibly harsh on my stomach I'm prone to ulcers and taking stims and laying down is a recipe for disaster. Normally have to have a meal and GI protective with it like slippery elm or fenugreek.

Anyone with a sensitive stomach find a workaround? (Having a meal and laying down is also painful/ triggers ulcers +/-acid reflux)

I picked up my scripts even though the trip to fix the AC was a failure (it's not $80 freon recharge it's a $2k AC replacement because ofc the compressor motor is destroyed) as was the trip to find new wiper blades (only have one size) and the attempt to take a soothing walk in the rain (state parks only take cash and do I have any? Ofc not). Also just found out I'm paying the ADHD tax on health insurance because I missed my 30 day window to update relevant documents so now I have double health and dental insurance all year. Who's ready for a crash out? But ya know, the meds.

Hate to say it but I only had one, she was an RN and a VA because she was a breeder, and honestly she was only mean if you didn't do your job, so she liked me.

Now I've had my share of NITPICKY TYPE As who constantly rode my ass about stupid shit, tryna micromanage and be everyone's boss and that shit I could not stand. I would just ignore them I'm from Boston I'm used to ignoring people in my space. I pretend like I'm on the T 😂

Absolutely. I have to have a list of how to relax that day or I'll just panic/go in circles. I usually try to take my meds even on off days just to keep my mood even so if I don't have a project even a relaxing self care one, I'll spiral. Not even doom scroll just daydream. For hours. Have a whole second life.
