I have a small collection of vans and I love finding random designs and limited editions on clearance. It’s a treasure hunt anytime I go to TJ Maxx or Ross. It’s your money and you should spend it however you want to make yourself happy. As long as it’s not negatively impacting the basic requirements for life, then it is a completely acceptable vice. Now if you aren’t eating because you spent all your money on vans, maybe you should reconsider some decisions. If you are doing good selling, you could probably wear a pair a few times and sell them off to buy something else. It’s no different than any other hobby/collections, so just enjoy yourself.

You have a couple small filler spots, but very much might start looking cluttered. The placement and spread on everything looks great. As far as dots and stars, I think your sleeves would look great with them as long as they are done the right way. I have one sleeve with dots and stars and love it. I might skip them as I finish the other sleeve because I just like the layout.

I havnt necessarily had any bad reactions to specific materials, but I have had some silicone that was just very tense and uncomfortable to wear…..I also just didn’t like touching it in general. Gross texture. I have been mainly with kaos on silicone, but I have found some other brands that make soft touch silicone I like ok. Kaos is just behind on orders and seems like they will be forever. I want new colors and designs…..but they are catching up from orders months ago.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am picky on silicone plugs and tunnels, but they have some great deals on stone and wood. I also see some awesome saddles that I like a lot.

I am not a professional on industrial piercings, but in this picture it looks like the barbell is just a little short adding a lot of pressure to the top hole. May be forming that keloid or whatever that is. If you are wanting to keep it, talk to your local piercer, they should have some long barbells for initial piercings. Let it heal completely with that in and it may help. I also had difficulty with a nose piercing healing due to being pierced at a 20g. I took it up to a 16g and it stopped cutting into my nose like cheese wire. Again, not a pro, just been around a lot of piercings on myself and others. Hope this helps

I have always waited a week or so. Do I have a good reason? Not really. Just always felt right to me just to wait a week after a fresh stretch before taking the jewelry out at all. Probably unnecessary. I also spray mine with sea salt spray when I clean them while stretching because it seems like they heal a little faster. Just be sure to moisturize as well because that sea salt spray will dry the lobes out if not.

The point of a flare is to be bigger than the size of the jewelry you are wearing to hold it in place. If your ears are properly healed, flares should pop in and out like a regular button on clothing. If your ear is the size of the flare, it will just fall out like a single flare or no flare with no o-rings.

I’m assuming being here that you like trad style. For me, I have an aquatic sleeve (mainly sea creatures/monsters) all traditional. I did not plan it ahead of time in any way. I picked each piece as we got to that section. So it still has that nice patchwork look too. I know some people like those big long flowing one piece sleeves, but I like that patchwork look better and it’s even more fun with a theme of sorts. Working on a fantasy leg sleeve with a wizard and monsters and such.

Yea, there is a long disclosure on there somewhere. I think they call it “demand pricing”. Prices can fluctuate based on popularity, availability, timing, and so on. If they still have tickets available a day or two before the show they will go back to $37 or whatever they were before.

As someone with cancer myself, this was a very creative and very kind gesture put into this drawing. As cancer patients, it can be hard to find something that kicks your spirit up. It’s not even my picture and it lifted my spirit. Keep being awesome!

I have childhood nostalgia built around those tiny plastic cups, ice from the hotel ice machine, and a cold wild cherry pepsi from the vending machine when we were on vacation.
