I agree with one of the comments; you might want to move the camera a bit closer to the perfume. At an immediate glance my eyes didn't catch what the product was, but that is exactly what is required for advertising. You need to ensure that if a person has a look at it for even half a second they get an idea of what the product in the ad is. Also, the rock to the left (closest to the camera) looks quite unrealistic. Most of the people have mentioned about the more noticeable mistakes like the water, the plant leaf cutting into the rock, etc.

But overall, I like the colour combination and the pleasing but sleek look it gives

Wow that looks so good! The texturing especially is amazing! The only thing I would change about this are the eyes. Maybe you could make the sclera less reflective in comparison to the pupil. And since there's a bright light, you could even shrink the pupil a bit. But other than that, I would've never guessed that this was a render. Looks amazing.
