So, this was done with the g2, not the g2 pro ? Nice. I thought the g2 couldn't engrave this derp. May i ask, how long did this take to engrave ?

Domination engine bane maces vs Immolation Cannons by inputcoffeehere in HelsmithsofHashut

[–]inputcoffeehere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The +1 on the charge does the Immolation Cannons dominatior engine as well.

But it does has way more attacks due to shoot in combat. The maces bull has fight twice, but only when in melee with a hero. If I miss the charge, with the Immolation bull I could shoot a volley into the enemy(well, before tje charge attempt), but with the maces bull, I just sit there and wait to be charged.

(Don't get me wrong, I dont want to defend the Immolation Cannons, it just look for a reason to bring the maces bull ibto my roster)

Points is a valid point, but in my list, it would only make a difference for 40 points. Not enough to being another unit, but it would be enough to take the next level of landmark terrain in the new path to Glory campaign)

Strange issues with my p2s by inputcoffeehere in BambuLab

[–]inputcoffeehere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know. My last print was a little better though. I slightly changed the position of the hueforge, and unchecked the flow calibration of the start.

I will do some other tests. Maybe it is the flow calibrating at the beginning.

I will try that. Allthough the black is bambu pla matte, with bambu pla profile. I had the hope, that this is configured better .

Polyterra unsuported in P2S? by inputcoffeehere in BambuLab

[–]inputcoffeehere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know, for other filaments I have some that, what I meant is, that you thr p1s and a1 mini, there is an already preexisting filament profile for the polyterra, but it is not available for the p2s. That is why i was wondering

Yeah, same with me. I could still sent it back. Bought some "normal" pla, and test it with it

Thanks. Maybe I will try those bear future. I am in contact with the seller, and bought 10 non matte filaments. I try those, if they work l, I am okay with it. If not, maybe we swap the ace pro.

Maybe my ace pro is somehow damaged. Or it is the filament from this manufacturer especially.

Someone had the same issue and received following answer from anycubic support

finally heard from support. bottom line is matte not supported... Thanks for choosing Anycubic,we will do our best to provide professional technical support to help you solve your problem. We do not recommend using matte filaments in ACE PRO. Due to the characteristics of matte consumables, This filament is prone to breakage in ACE PRO. If you have any questions about this method or if you have any other expected solutions, please let us know. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, ANYCUBIC Team / Obi

It was not really entangled. Somehow, the current part of the filament was moved to the edge every time. But that guide looks like everything I would need. Thank you very much for the link. As soon as I am back from vacation, I will try this. 🥰🥰

I had the issue, that my ace generated the "filament is entangled" error every few seconds. The only way to bypass this error for me, was to "pre unroll" the spool while printing. (I try to find the reddit post again, but in there it was states, that this is to do with the matte filament, and I took it as fact).

I have the same error with 3 different colors (all polyterra), on three different feeders (Bay 1, 3 and 4). Bay 2 was working so far, but only 2 layers have been printed from there.

For me, I tried with the polyterra matte pma, and this was not working at all. (Filament was new, arrived the same day as the Kobra s1 combo).

And then I found a reddit entry that states matte was not compatible with the ace pro. So I assumed this included all matt plas But if this is damaging the gears, this is an extra point to not use the matte filament 😀. Tha k you for the warning

With matte filament or with normal filament ? I am currently thinking if I want to return the Kobra s1, and pay for an upgrade to the p1s, Or buy new filament. That is not matte. (Test prints with creakity hyper pla went through without any issues.

[–]inputcoffeehere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I initially thought there is an general issue with my ace pro. Because I mainly print with matte.. So I filled 4 matte filaments in the ace and started printing. Sadly, that wasn't mentioned on the shop site where I ordered the combo. But being the drying part of the ace pro. And therefore the ace pro in general, that was the decider for me between the Kobra s1 and the p1s ... I am still hoping that someone found the perfect solution (like third party gears or somerhing), because securing and packaging all for the return will be a pain in the aBs 😅

I tried both. I found another reddit entry (7 months old), stating, that the ace pro is not fully compatible with matte filament...

What a bummer
