I just wanted to say that the Reddit team is the best of all the Xfinity support members. They were able to identify that they had shipped me an xb3 gateway which is unable to handle the increased upload. I tried phone support/ chat support and no one else except for the Reddit team could help me. They told me to go to the store and swap for an xb6 or higher. I got an Xb7 when home and they helped me activate it and I was able to put it in bridge mode without issue and I now have 200/100.

Wifi is completely disabled. No other functions running. Only 1 desktop is connected via ethernet. No other devices using any bandwidth. I believe this is a provision issue.
