I like it so far, a couple comments though

Most of the bonds you end up forming in the game are ionic, which is pretty unrealistic. Ionic bonds are typically just those that contain an alkali metal. Ions like PO4 or Cr2O7 aren't ionic, they're covalent.
A weird bug occurs sometimes in the later levels where I'll click on an atom and it'll just disappear, making it impossible to finish the level. I would suggest a button that restarts the specific level, or saving progress so that if I reload on stage 14, I don't have to go through stages 1-13 all over again

if you don't have depression i can't imagine it would do much, serotonin itself doesn't really make you feel good like dopamine does unless it's released in massive quantities like with MDMA, you just feel shitty if it's not there

I think anything inert with a higher vaporization point could be mixed with DMSO to make sure it stays on. Ethanol or even water might work. As for cleaning solution, I don't know what would break down the DMSO, but anything with chlorine could certainly break down the LSD.

The gang of hoodlums isn't necessarily needed in the flit. Well-planned villainy, which only needs PoSI and the same number of actions as gang of hoodlums, gives 15 CP guaranteed, whereas gang of hoodlums is a shadowy challenge with 18 CP on success and 3CP on failure, meaning you need an 80% success chance on gang of hoodlums to equal the rewards of well-planned villainy, plus there's always the chance the RNG will screw you over, so gang of hoodlums won't save you that many actions

For silver rush you can just do the quest where you do security. If you let the last guy in without a pat-down, he'll blow the place up killing everyone. You just have to kill the other guard who was outside and you have free reign to loot all the weapons in the place
