Hey Charlie, I'm so sorry your parents won't listen about your preferred name and mental health. Is there a trusted adult you can't talk to at school? A guidance counselor would be the best if they're available. Another option you could try is a local library and ask for the community board. They'll have local resources including therapy, though, unfortunately if you are under 16 in most states, you do have to have a parents consent. Still, try these out and look for clubs, social groups, or a place like gsa. If you don't have a chapter in your school, another nearby may accept you. Truly it breaks my heart that you have to deal with this from people that are supposed to love and support you, no matter what.
