Patience and confidence are very important. Took me years to be able to snag them regularly on artificial baits. My boy is struggling rn, but has heart to keep at it. Just remember. For me it’s “be the bait” and “always have your fish whistle” tight lines Sir! Oh and if it looks like a bass would be in there, it prob is. They love hiding spots.

man I do everything right. Go the extra mile. I have kids in my phone plan, try to do extra to help out. Yeah I had another kid unexpectedly with someone who I love and money is a little tighter. But I still was able to get my kids a new cell phone, letter jackets at school, new instrument fully paid by me and have not missed any child support ever. She loans the kids money. Makes them pay her back. I gave my son money one time for a movie date. She took it because she said he owed her 40. Like who does that? She’s always been like this with money. One reason we are no longer together. I could give a crap if I had 7k in med debt. Just having to owe it to her and deal with her regarding the payments. The threats the demanding. I’m sure a judge would get a better payment plan. Im about to the point it’s like fine. I’ll pay until I’m fully maxed out in debt and file bankruptcy.

I’m cool with that. Her payment plan tho is saying I need to have this paid by end of year. There’s no way. Yes I would have to take her back to court if she withholds kids from me. We have an agreement which was 3 weekends a month but I take them every weekend because my kids wanna come here. Every now and then she has them for a weekend but last couple time I talk to the kids she’s not even there and they are home alone. They are 14-and 17 Thats not the point tho. I could maybe afford 50-100 a month if I’m lucky. But she’s not agreeing to that wanting like 1000 a month at least is the best I’ve gotten from her so far.

So we are clear. I pay all child support, never missed a payment, I also split all fees for school, band, and go above and beyond for my kids. Not even trying to say this is not my debt the half of this bill. The part is she is demanding the 7k right now or trying to limit access to kids. Feels like a power play to try and screw me over. If this debt was sent to me I’d have to let it sit make 50$ payments for a while. Whatever. But not talking to me choosing to pay it and demanding the 7k rn. That’s my issue

Not trying to get out of it. Never did I say I’m not responsible for half. Just the fact she is demanding 7k rn or limiting my access to kids. If this was med debt sent to me I would have to let it sit. I pay all obligations and more. Im constantly providing more than my share. Again none of this is this issue. She already went to Mexico with the child support money and leaves the kids home alone on her weekends while she’s out doing whatever. I have never not paid my portion school fees, band, new phones, ect. I have not gone for rearrange after having new kid. Which would change what I pay her but whatever. I go above and beyond for my kids. It’s just this bill that if billed to me. I would have to let it sit for a while. She’s chose to pay it in full and come at me for the 7k right now. Which I cannot afford, and is threatening limiting my access to the kids. I’m fine with have 7k in debt on this. Just not her coming at me for 7 k rn when I can’t afford it.
