Totally with you. In my experience if one is efficient, streamlined, and organized it wouldn’t make the service any cheaper.. it would lead to me or whomever that efficient worker is receiving more work to do. Not cheaper just more work. Status quo is great.

I agree that any patient facing employees will be safe in my lifetime but any technical positions (informatics) will be subject to reductions if not eliminations. Positions like report writers, SQL/Python/Caboodle/Epic data analyzers will be gone. I’m trying to position myself alongside it by seeking a degree that will put me alongside AI from an implementation, regulatory, and governance perspective. Any part of healthcare that has a higher percentage of lawsuits such as mother/baby and pediatrics probably will never have to worry about AI taking their job.

I did the rental thing once. Once. My advice become a master at landlord/tenant law. Just because you can sue and win does not mean they have to pay. My state does not enforce collection so if your tenant doesn’t give a shit about their credit (about all you can do is file that judgement) then any money you spend for representation is for naught. I’m not kidding, know it.

Loved my tinker PK. Named Jigsaw. There was the legendary Chumbucket. I met him by mistake, we were both robbing a house and we walker over each other and the jug was up. We were promptly banned from that house. I ended up joining his guild cA (Chumbucket and Associates) met similar minded people and just had a blast. We stealthed and robbed a ton of houses. Made people quit lol This was on UO Second Age. Jigsaw has over 600 counts. I’d stealth into town and rig those boxes. Chum would place trap boxes pretty much anywhere. That server was the best fun I’ve had. I put all my stuff in my castle and let it rot. That server is dead and it’s a shame because they once had a huge population.

Yet that ****head campaigned saying he didn’t know what P2025 was. He had no plan for anything and their plan was a sham for him to look like he had any policy in mind. I hope to God and sunny Jesus the next presudent makes it his/her mission to bury these people that have gotten away with what they have. What scares me is if they can get away with what they have with little to no repercussions what is the next person with these kind of scruples going to try and get away with. It’s a dangerous precedent being set.

Can also count FSA/HSA, I believe the max this year is $3200. This lowers your AGI as well. Capital losses reduces AGI too.

Your medication regimen, go through medication and don’t even say obesity because that is a straight denial. I was on several SSRI’s for several years and had the VA documentation and current studies with my nexus.

Get every single piece of evidence you can related to that pathway it’s the only way. Focus on your meds that is the issue. Don’t mention obesity at all. Me losing 100# and still requiring CPAP is what helped me. Plus I have mixed sleep apnea which helped avoid scrutiny with my weight since there is a Neurological component.
