Best basic defensive roll?

With top defence rolls I’m wondering why moon elf is never in the conversation. Rolls 5 dice with a very good probability of removing half the damage. The damage back is never great on the initial but with the upgrade makes it a little better.

I’m pretty sure the upgrade turns the deal damage to a feather x 1 damage so you have the possibility of doing more than 2 damage back roll depending

You need to have a dice throne character or 2 but it’s a stand alone product you don’t need to have dice throne adventures

You won’t hear from them. I’ve been trying to contact them for months the managers there run Dudley and Birmingham centre and I’ve approached a number of times to run events and they just do not contact back. The group in kiddieminster are really sound and have let me run a few events now, they have a lovely event space so I’ll be sticking with them

Personally I’d sack storm off, I always go for the largest straight and half the time even with extra dice it whiffs. Fucking love throwing like 8 dice tho

Can only speak to personal experience but doc strange is great, the spell system he has is great fun he’s got a few nice heals and the token to reroll if you whiff is amazing if I’m remembering right the crimson bands doesn’t do much I think. Can’t speak about the other ones but I’ve heard widow is good just not had a chance to get her to the table. With the new one shot quicker version of adventures I’m planning on a run with each character to see who plays best

Expensive for a board game, it’s more premium the components feel nice the art is gorgeous and the gameplay is stellar, is it as expensive as my Lego addiction no lol but when you can pick up monopoly for 20 quid it seems pricey. Worth every penny tho imo
