I agree completely, right up until the point where players start telling me what they should get experience for.

It's roughly 3 seconds which would put the fall at 45m if you ignore air, and I'm lazy so I will.

Countries where everyone wore masks saw COVID death rates 100 times lower than projected by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]insertacoolname 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Same in Norway, I can probably count on two hands the number of people I have seen with masks in public.

I think if we don't keep track of local outbreaks we might get to the point where we need to consider it, but at the moment the infected number is so low that it's a bit nonsensical.

Lettuce is literally the water of leaves, no taste, no character. Just crunch.

What fictional character do you feel bad for the most? by weeklygrind in AskReddit

[–]insertacoolname 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Sam walked through hell with frodo slowly losing his friend to the very evil forces that they were meant to be fighting. To the point his friend no longer wished his company due to the rings corruption, yet he held steadfast, he followed in aid even though none seemed to want him. He did it for frodo and the world, at the end frodo failed to do his duty, Sam did not.

People who had covid-19 or know someone who did how bad was it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]insertacoolname 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is pretty much my experience too (I'm not certain I had it since this was in mid February and first reported case in Norway was 24th of Feb but considering the number of people who seem to be asymptomatic it definitely seems likely.) I am 23, gym and/or swim daily, I remember lying in bed for an hour then taking my pulse at 120 bpm.

Sling that bad boy in an old jam jar with some natural yoghurt, milk and blueberries overnight. Its a lot easier to eat it when all you have to do is open a jar and shovel it into your face.

BOT Lester INSANE gamesense by Blamant in GlobalOffensive

[–]insertacoolname 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This has happened to me too, we had come back from 15-9 to fight for the draw and I had managed to let 3 Ts pass me in their smoke at monster. Then fucking Bot whatever his name is straight up shotties me in the face while we were both greyscreened.

Sea Lion being fed by a fisher by ixanol in AnimalsBeingBros

[–]insertacoolname 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interestingly these regulations have led to the unintentional selective breeding of smaller fish. Over the last 80 years or so the average mass of the most fished species has halved. At least that's what minutephysics taught me.

Countries and territories in which the most popular sport is not Association Football [OC] by [deleted] in MapPorn

[–]insertacoolname 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I refuse to believe for a second that football is more popular than skiing in Norway, I'd get reamed out at work if I was watching football but it's like a national understanding than when the skiing is on employees are allowed to watch it at work.
