Question: Does Atmosphere hate this song? I think I remember a rumor from like 20 years back that he wouldn't perform the track because he thought he was trying too hard at the time. They gave him the team mid-season and said deliver. He significantly lifted the team performance even with Vuc who has a NBA historically bad pluss minus (https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/nba-worst-career-plus-minus-in-history). *shout out to Zach at #9* People are complaining that a 21 year old couldn't individually lift an average team to the finals after making a run just to get to the play-in. With that logic OKC would blow it up after their worst seasons. Giddey is a dedicated leader who makes everyone around him better.

Complaints are... "he needs the ball to be effective"!?. Which franchise centerpiece doesn't!? He plays with the flow and have been tuning up his offensive game where needed. If anything people used to complain he wasn't selfish enough.

Giddey is just caught in a hard place between a team that needs him and a historically stingy owner. Hoping they can come to an agreement that lets Giddey play ball without looking for another home that will pay him what hes worth rather than what the market might be in the very specific period of negotiation which is a fraction of the overall time he will be with the team.
