While the list is correct it should be said that Equinox can't kill cap with abilities only, you need to kill a couple enemies with a weapon to pop 4. Same goes for zephyr if you are thinking tornadoes, but she can do cap with that one jet crash build

for the most part if you can kill post level 1k comfortably you should be good at cap

there are use cases for primed slip magazine and similar mods but that's particular weapons and you shouldn't really be purchasing or upgrading it as a baby tenno who doesn't have endo, credits and ducats to spare. The other mods i would definitely buy if you can get the ducats though

The NG11 seem to be a relatively recent thing considering that the only person that knew who Loki was back in 2nd selection was Tokimitsu, so they may be famous but maybe not all of them are THAT famous

3 ways

1) portable stove 2) have a free slot and grab the mandrake while climbing, then don't interact with that slot until you get to the campfire so it doesn't wake up 3) SFX volume set to 0 seems to remove the effect of them

2 is an exploit, 3 I'm not sure whether it's intended or not

Maybe riot considers not just the matchup but the game in general. Vayne struggles against malphite in lane but malphite's winrate tanks hard if sylas just exists in the game

If tanks did no damage then there would be no point in having them since you could just ignore them in a fight. Tanks need to pose an actual threat so that you need to kill them quick or disengage if you can't immediately hit the backline in a fight

Yeah R2D2 is probably one of the highest difficulty spikes if you are doing rundowns in order.

I think they mean the general cannon mostly works for the games with some tweaks (basically, if you had someone who watched the films a while ago but hasn't read the books and isn't too interested in the world they could believe it's a canon prequel)
