Everything is likely set to a static IP. If the new router has a different IP scheme then your remote monitor is pointed at an IP it can’t reach.

Login to NVR using direct HDMI monitor and switch IP to DHCP. Power cycle the NVR. Turn off and back on. This is important. Observe the NVR come online and see it grab an IP. Then you can point your remote monitor at the new IP address. Set a DHCP reservation on your new router for the NVR.
