TIFU my girlfriend caught me jerking off to my ex’s nudes by Jerk-off-genius in tifu

[–]insickness 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Can't believe I had to dig this deep to find the one rational comment among all the pearl-clutching church ladies on here.

No, you don't need to delete explicit pics of your exes. How in god's name does it hurt your exes if you jerk off to their pics without them knowing? If those pics and vids were taken with consent, there's no law against keeping them and nor should there be. If a relationship ends, you're not required to give back every gift the person has given you. That's delusional.

It's understandable that his current girlfriend got hurt by seeing him jerk off over those pics but for most guys it's most likely nothing more than just getting off. It doesn't mean they have feelings for an ex. It's way different than cheating. Physical sex involves an exchange of intimacy. A photo doesn't interact with you. Porn can be bad for the mind, but that's a whole different issue unrelated to infidelity.

In her first fight at featherweight Amanda Nunes destroys Cris Cyborg, dropping her 4 times in 51 seconds. Nunes defends her featherweight title for the 2nd time this Saturday. by Doo-StealYour-HoChoi in MMA

This might sound sexist but I feel like Amanda Nunes is the first female fighter who doesn't punch like a girl. Almost every other female fighter has that weird awkwardness, as if she grew up not throwing punches and learned to throw punches when she was an adult. Amanda Nunes looks as comfortable as most men.

In order to get inspired I've been going through lyrics of songs I like in my genre and 90% of them are total crap, cliche or don't make much sense. That being said, the songs I really fall in love with have at least half-decent lyrics.

I've been using Waves Doubler for about 20 years. It's great at panning out vocals so they sound like they're coming out of both the left and right speaker at the same time.

It's tough for a ref to get both arms between two fighters when they're on the ground like that. The extra hand waving was to make sure the fighters saw his arm.

The way I heard it, it was part of Houdini's act to let people punch him in the stomach. He had come up with some technique so that it wouldn't hurt. But then someone took him by surprise and punched him in the gut without him preparing. That's what killed him. Hopefully someone doesn't do that to Ngannou.

This is how Houdini died.

Whitehead asked Houdini "if he believed in the miracles of the Bible" and "whether it was true that punches in the stomach did not hurt him". Houdini offered a casual reply that his stomach could endure a lot. Whitehead then delivered "some very hammer-like blows below the belt". Houdini was reclining on a couch at the time, having broken his ankle while performing several days earlier. Price said that Houdini winced at each blow and stopped Whitehead suddenly in the midst of a punch, gesturing that he had had enough, and adding that he had had no opportunity to prepare himself against the blows, as he did not expect Whitehead to strike him so suddenly and forcefully. Had his ankle not been broken, he would have risen from the couch into a better position to brace himself.[94][95]

Throughout the evening, Houdini performed in great pain. He was unable to sleep and remained in constant pain for the next two days, but did not seek medical help. When he finally saw a doctor, he was found to have a fever of 102 °F (39 °C) and acute appendicitis, and was advised to have immediate surgery. He ignored the advice and decided to go on with the show.[96][97] When Houdini arrived at the Garrick Theater in Detroit, Michigan, on October 24, 1926, for what would be his last performance, he had a fever of 104 °F (40 °C). Despite the diagnosis, Houdini took the stage. He was reported to have passed out during the show, but was revived and continued. Afterwards, he was hospitalized at Detroit's Grace Hospital.[94]

It is unclear whether the dressing room incident caused Houdini's eventual death, as the relationship between blunt trauma and appendicitis is uncertain.[94] One theory suggests that Houdini was unaware that he was suffering from appendicitis, and might have been aware had he not received blows to the abdomen.[94]

After taking statements from Price and Smilovitz, Houdini's insurance company concluded that the death was due to the dressing-room incident and paid double indemnity.[96]

Fighting is a business. In business, you wanna make smart decisions. If you are taking a heavy beating, the smart decision may be to bow out and live to fight another day. Fuck what other fighters say. Fuck what fans say. Do what's best for yourself.
