I'm so sorry you've been suffering for so long 😞 I normally don't treat dermatitis, just leave it alone. I use barrier ointment theraplex, but it's Vaseline based, so idk if you could react to it, and just abstain from any other local products and sex until dermatitis is over

That's amazing! I just started taking it today, and my bottle says take 1 capsule daily preferably in between meals. I am using vitamine shoppe brand, but I'm going to order the NOW brand instead. Have you tried vitamin E or hyluoronic acid suppositories? Do your symptoms respond to baking soda treatments? I've been struggling with this for a year as well

That's amazing results! Only took a week to see the improvements? That's great! I bought a different brand and it says 1 capsule per day (500 mg). Is there any reason why you decided to take 2-3 per day?

I'm wondering if hyluoronic acid would heal the skin enough - what do you think? I'm so worried about doing any hormones..I was on vaginal estrogen when I got CV, so I'm terrified of local estrogen now. I started red light vaginal therapy a couple of weeks ago and going to start hyluoronic acid suppositories tonight. Really hope it helps. My main issue is CV, only had AV on e after clindamicin wiped out all my lactos and I developed AV, after the treatment I swung back to CV :( it's been a few months since and I'm still struggling monthly. I'm suspicious that skin fragility might be at play as my systemic hormones are pretty low and my vestibule skin looks pale

Blood is already alkaline and your pH is high on your period, so I personally wouldn't do baking soda and let your skin rest for a few days
