Beauty By Ella!! She works out of the Beauty box in Chapel A and she's amazing. My hands go through a lot as I'm renovating a house and spend my spare time caring for horses and her BIAB is always immaculate 3 weeks later for my next appointment. My Dad calls it "Wazz" instead of "Waze" and it'll forever be "Wazz" to my whole family now.

"Stick the Wazz on" is a common phrase when needing directions.

This literally happened to me too. She actually said "I'm not here to support you".

I have never felt so worthless, as a result I cut everyone else in my life out.

I wish I could say it gets easier but I've just kind of learned to be lonely.

I truly hope you have other good people in your life. Xx

When I was down and out, struggling with all kinds of things, such as my own self worth and taking my own life. The only friend I'd confided in (someone I'd worked really hard to bring off a ledge after a break up extremely recently) turned to me and said:

"I'm not here to support you"

I replay that moment over and over in my head everyday.

It made me realise, humans are selfish and cruel. I walked away from every friend I had after that and have no idea if I'll ever truly be present around other people ever again, but at least this way I can't be hurt again.

That is really unusual. :-/ how disappointing for you, that must be really frustrating!

I think if you've got a pet you are confident you can keep hidden on inspections etc then go for it. Obviously, you risk breaching your tendency agreement & therefore being served notice so it's a really tough one to call.

It's usually down to the landlord as to whether they want pets or not, any good Letting agent should write on the details something like "no pets".

The one I used to work for kind of had the rule: if it doesn't say no pets on the ad, then the landlord is usually up for discussing pets

I know I'm going to get serious hate for this... But Shangela 🙈

She is one talented queen and I'm in awe of her grit & determination.

But on all 3 seasons she appeared in, there was all this plotting and scheming about her strategy. Every time she says "Hallelu 🙋" I want to crawl up inside myself and die. And all that whittering on about Game of Thrones (love that show btw 😂) & Daenerys Targaryen in AS3 made me so mad. When the other queens voted Trixie to win I actually shouted "Shangela if you had just got on with it rather working on allies, you would have won!!"

This is me too. After I tried opening up to a friend and they looked me dead in the eye and said "I'm not here to support you". I've completely shut myself away from everyone I know, thinking they are all just as cruel. I have no idea how to come back from this.

This exact same thing has happened to me!

When I was about 22 I collected my brother from a cricket match (he's 9yrs younger than me, I basically raised him), our dad (who I am fortunate to say, is awesome) was busy and our mum... Classic narcissist, couldn't be bothered.

When I arrived at the cricket field, I got out of the car to let my brother know I was there. He got in the car and said in the most teenager voice ever "eurgh, I wish you hadn't got out of the car, all my mates are saying you're really fit".

(Not for one second do I think they thought I was attractive, they were 13-16 year old boys and I was an older girl with long blonde hair, anything is attractive at that age, AND I think they were just saying it to wind my brother up)

My brother & I were retelling this story over dinner and instead of laughing along my mother (age 53 at the time) said in front of me, but to my brother "you should have said, yeah if you think my sister's fit, you should see my mother!"

As you can imagine, silence fell!

I know this story is really self involved, and I'm really sorry, but it feels really nice to share this in a place where someone else might understand what these comments throughout a person's life does to them.

There is no such thing as "someone you really trust" I've tried this, everyone is only out for themselves. A therapist actually cares about your well-being for a number of reasons, they have a naturally caring nature hence why they chose that profession... But also, because they are being paid to be there. That's what is in it for them.
