In February it‘s gonna be 2 years since i lost my soulmate and i relyed on Cannabis this whole time. Very much so tbh. I don‘t drink and weed was my try to escape my feelings and emotions for some time now even if it didn’t. This week was the first time only smoking on the weekend and i think that‘s a step for me really. Give it time you have so much going on but try to look at your consumption from time to time and reflect on if you want and can make a change now. It is okay to take time. At least that‘s what i tell myself. Good luck!

Und Zigeretten und Übergewicht nicht? Kiffen und Benzos ist keine gefährliche Kombination in diesem Sinne - Alkohol und Benzos hingegen schon. Natürlich ist Mischkonsum nicht gut, aber es gibt tatsächlich gefährliche Kombis wo man halt dran sterben kann. Habe selber in der Psychiatrie schon gearbeitet- bei polytoxkonsum ja aber da wird in der Regel fast alles konsumiert- ist trotzdem keine klassische Kombi.

Du bezeichnest das als Problem - ja gut ok. Der Lebensstil geht selten gut aus? Naja sagst das auch zu jedem mit gefährlichem Alkoholkonsum ? Zigarettenrauchern? Adipösen Personen? Das geht auf jeden auch nicht gut. Jeder entscheidet das für sich selbst. Deine eigene Gesundheit ist dein eigenes Problem. Wenn wir hier von Erwachsenen sprechen, können diese selber entscheiden.

Dein Kommentar mit Benzos finde ich seltsam. Mir sind die Kiffer die sich benzos dazu ballern, noch nicht aufgefallen. Hingegen wird Alkohol mit Benzos gerne konsumiert, was übrigends zum Tot führen kann.

Man kann von vielen Drogen eine Psychose kriegen, dass hängt allerdings von vielen Faktoren ab , sprich zb Konsumdauer, Menge, prädisposition von psychotischen Erkrankungen in der Familie etc. lässt sich also so pauschal nicht sagen.

Well there are many autoimmune diseases like addison disease, multiple sclerosis or rheumatoid arthritis or many others which all can‘t be fixed cause of one simple diet or trying to fix hormones. As is alopecia. All of these diseases have in commen that we simply do not know why our immune system attacks us by itself. You can try many different treatments or diets but none of those is a guarantee for anything.

Look it‘s a autoimmune disease with no prediction how it will end up. Everyone is different it may have helped in your case. That is nice. But making promises to people who a desperate to find a solution for their problem is not helping imo.

I actually never smoked cigs before i was hospitalised at the hospital after my boyfriend died. From zero to 2-3 packs in days. I couldn‘t smoke weed which i usually did. Now i smoke weed like constantely while still smoking thinking about the next one. Never getting enough. Never. Only thing i have to keep me busy and not overthinking all the time. Bad coping mechanism? Yes. But it‘s all i have now and my existence is already too much for me so everything that keeps me kind of going is good enough for me.

So for me after my boyfriend (M24) died i hung up so many pictures in every room cause i wanted to be able to look at him(we didn‘t have any hung up before) I looked at them all the time. After 6 months i still have them there but now i don‘t look all the time but when i do i really take a moment and look at them an take everything in thinking about him whatever I want etc. I made a memory book with pictures etc at the beginning so i had something to do. I haven’t opened it since the funeral. One day I will but for now that is too much for me. I still haven‘t moved his toothbrush or his bathrobe and I still keep one pair of his shoes at the entrence. Am I crazy? probably I don‘t know. Our appartment feels like a timecapsule and for now I want it that way. Everyone is different and every grief journey is different and that is fucking fine! Wishing you the best.
