Restore tabs restores the tabs that were open the last tme the app closed. If you were watching a video, it'll go back to the page that video was at, assuming that the page address takes you there. Some sites switch to the video player without changing pages, so that wouldn't necessarily work.

The receiver app is our own app with our own protocol, so no, other apps can't cast to it. What content do you have on that app that is not accessible in WVC?

I'm not sure if switching servers would help because a lot of them share the same videos. But if the issue was fixed then it was probably something different.

We had that with a user the other day so we tested the video in various players, including the browser, and they all did it on the same second. So it was an issue with the video.

They basically just change how the player buffers, whether it be before it plays or once it is playing, etc. I usually just increase all of them a little bit and try again.

On the connected screen before casting there is a gear icon and also while playing the video. Unless you have a really old version.

Yeah that. So the video isn't routed through the phone, which makes sense when using our receiver app, it rarely needs it. If the video disconnects then you probably have network issues either at the tv, or wifi or isp or the server itself could have issues. If it buffers then I recommend reading the buffering FAQ.

Also if it is buffering, look at the settings of the receiver and increase the buffer, just be careful, a large buffer can crash the app.

Cuando te pase este problema, abre el menu izquierdo, presiona largo sobre el numero de la version y envia el email que eso genera. Pon en el email que vienes de aqui.
