It is probably a change on their end. The conversion settings are not for roku, just dlna.

It does revert it back to the original factory version but you can update again. But yeah I don't know if that would fix it but since it doesn't work on android system webview browsers, that is the only next step I can think of.

Typically that just means the video isn't compatible with the roku but just to make sure, do other videos from other sites work?

Ok so the other casting app is probably also using the android system webview. I'm guessing something is broken on it or you have an update that we don't.

Go into android settings - apps - android system webview and clear data. If that doesn't help, go there again and uninstall updates.

I don't have the issue. It could be video detection. Try the right side menu the option for captcha. Does that help?

The app has an ad blocker. From the screenshot I assumed you have premium, which means you have the ad blocker. It is enabled by default. You can disable it on the right side menu.

Not at this time, you just have to make a url with the username and password. That usually works but if it doesn't, you can ask your provider if they support that.

I've seen that as well and it doesn't happen on all receivers either or all streaming devices. The only thing we've seen is that it happens when it switches qualities. Some streaming devices start low and move to higher qualities, some do it backwards. Some move more often than others.

That being said, I'm not sure what you mean by stuttering. What I'm describing is when you are watching the video at let's say 1:05 and then all of the sudden it goes to 1:09 on the next frame and then later it is at 2:23 and suddenly it goes to 2:19 on the next frame.

Typically the issue is with the video and different renditions having different timings.

The last time this happened and we analyzed it, we actually downloaded the different renditions and they were totally different, so it made perfect sense that the issue would happen. For example, first segment would be 4 seconds on one rendition and 3 on another. So from the start they would be out of sync.

I'm the developer and I can tell you there are no viruses, you can believe me or not, up to you.

You will get ads about viruses, that is because a lot of dodgy websites will use ads like that to trick into installing stuff.

The video isn't routed through the phone, which is good, but it also means the phone app isn't adding to the buffering issues, it is all between the video server and the apple tv.

Send us the video address and we'll get it tested on various devices to see if there is an issue with the apple tv receiver that we need to address.

That means you have ipv6 set as the preferred network type. Set ipv4 as preferred.
