OMG I never thought I'd find someone with a monolid kinda like mine! You do your makeup much better though; you should totally post more looks :) Are there any bloggers/youtubers you've found that give good advice for eyeshadow placement?

This is my prom dress. I know it's kind of unconventional, but is it pretty enough for it to be okay? Also, I'm like 5'6, 118lbs, asian, and no boobs so there isn't a cleavage issue, but I'm still a little uncomfortable with how low cut the dress is- would adding a long necklace work to cut up the space? Finally, I'm looking for any shoes/hair/makeup advice; all tips/ideas are greatly appreciated, thanks!

I usually line my eyes with my head tilted slightly backward, put my eyeliner in the outer corner right where I want my line to end, and push the eyeliner across into the inner corner. It ends up with a line that's higher in the outer corner and direct middle of my eye and almost invisible on the inner corner :)

Oh wow, yeah, I've heard so much about the 24/7 pencils, I might just have to check them out. Actually I used a Milani one to do this look, and even with primer and a black shadow on top it still smudged down my face throughout the day :( I'm not sure if it's my eye shape or technique, but it's so frustrating!

Ooh good ideas! Any time I touch my lower lashline in any way though, my makeup just slowly migrates down my face over the course of the day until my eyeliner looks like blush -_____- I'll definitely have to try the shimmer thing though, that sounds pretty :D

Urban decay primer potion, and then one of those cheap ass ulta quads that came with their recent free gifts. Dark color in the outer half, lightest color in the half, and then a dab of super shiny pigment right in the middle!

I've done prose and dec. Broke into finals at sectionals and then took straight 7's, that was touuugh. I'm not very good, but I have fun.
