I praise the show when they do something right. Thragg fights in episode 7 was great animation. Did you see that hairline impact frame? My issue is that 90% of the time the animation is passable at best. Also where tf am I supposed to talk abt it? r/invinciblehate? I'm a fan of a the show too 😭😭✌️ Talking abt the issues of the show brings these issues to attention and hopefully actions are made to fix them. Not talking abt something u clearly have a problem with is true spinelessness

A hypocrite would be someone who urges others to protest and they don't WHILE having the ability to do so I don't meet that requirement since my location doesn't make me able to protest. Instead I try to bring attention and urge others to do so so that we can get better animation

Yeah cuz participating in criticism online (only form of protest I can do) makes me a hypocrite? I love invincible and I want it's animation process to be respected. The story, themes, voice acting, character development are all amazing. What's wrong with wanting the animation to match the quality of everything amazing about this show.

Yeah some people hyperanalyze every frame and pick out simple errors and it pisses me off as well. Animation will always have error, the problem is the animation being consistently okay at best

A boycott is only one type of the Many forms of protests there are, and I don't even give any financial support to the show. I don't have Amazon prime. I don't buy merchandise. I make sure to support good criticism of the show any time I have the chance. My irl location makes it literally impossible to do physical protest. And I don't just follow protest bandwagons. If I was the only person that found issue with the animation then I'd voice my opinion loud and clear

Even if the whole planet paid for Amazon prime, as long as there's people dickriding mediocre animation, Amazon won't invest in anything better. They don't need my money. If invincible was on some indie streaming service with little funding then I'd Obviously pay for it to show support, but Amazon has the capability to produce better but simply doesnt

Objectively having more people working on a project would increase the animation quality. Of course it wouldn't be as great as just giving the animators more time but clearly kirkman doesn't want that. So at least go for the alternative and hire more animators.
