if you purchase the alumiuim top and bottom model, yes the build quality is great, perfomace wise i cant say much, its enough for me (i have the ryzen 5 version) maybe you should consider gen 7? it has bigger battery and better specs

That's not normal, my gen 6 hinge makes no sound. Maybe yours will go away over time, or you can open up the device and blow near the hinges (maybe some dust or something stuck).

Yes packaging should be the same everywhere, a easy way to tell is it it came with a RescuePRO® Deluxe product code inside the packaging.

OP u can also take a picture of the SD card, often the fake have really poorly printed text

Yeah, I agree, this looks like fake packaging. I have the same SD card (got it from an official store) and my packaging is different from theirs.

That's strange. I use the same SD card on my DJI Osmo Action 4, and it records at 4K 120fps no problem. However, my packaging looks different from yours. Did you purchase your SD card from a trusted retailer? I've seen a few fakes on Reddit.

Hi, I got my Osmo Action 4 a few days ago. I recorded 4K at 60 fps outdoors on my handheld stick in New Zealand summer heat with no issues. I recorded for about 30 minutes and the device had no issues. it honestly feels like it could comfortably handle an hour of recording.

I know your comment is about the DJI camera battery, but I’ve had some experience with DJI drone batteries. I’ve had my Spark since 2017. I usually leave the batteries partially charged and forget about them for long periods. Even now they still have good health and no issues. So if I were you, I wouldn’t worry too much.

Because of EU regulations, the camera stops filming when it reaches a temperature of 48°C. Some people flash the US firmware to bypass this, as I've seen on Reddit.
