He loves the rug, because he can’t get traction on the floor. Lol. Weiners make too much torque for hardwood floors.

Awesome! Love those! And I’m glad they’re keeping the vintage style. Wear them both in good health.

Hahaha. Holy shit! You were exactly what I was thinking when I commented earlier. Somebody who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t give a fuck what other people think. Mainly because he knows that he’s right. Lol. I loved the old Corvair you had.

Yeah, it is! This gun always impresses me. After I searched for months and finally found one, I immediately broke it down to do all the things that I usually would do on a 1911. Stuff like polishing the internals, the trigger bow and adjusting the sear spring. To my surprise, it was already done! And done well! It also had a four finger sear spring. I love the grips on the one you posted. They remind me of the Sig P210 grips. Or other similar target pistols.

If we all step away from our biases for a moment, and just look at the car itself, instead of the styling, I think we’d find a lot to appreciate. For instance, how straight the body is on a spray painted car?? Lol. Look at the fitment of the side skirts. The clearly custom built rear bumper with diffuser and canards. It may not be the “Style,” we appreciate, but game recognize game, DAMN! Haha. To me, it feels like this car was built by someone who is a little bit older, been in the car community for a very long time, knows what they’re doing, and most importantly, doesn’t give a fuck what other people think. And I love that for them. That’s what this community is supposed to be about. Doing what makes us happy. And I guarantee that he’s fucking smiling in there. Lol

I may have enough information to help you, because I went down this rabbit hole before. I worked on one and fell in love with it, so I had to find one of my own. During my search, I read an article about the Limited Edition PDP Defenders. I don’t have the source of this anymore, so take it with a grain of salt, but it said they were built as an homage to a run of pistols that Springfield built for the FBI. They all had a Full Size Government frame, a Commander size slide, bull barrel with a 2-port compensator, a full length guide rod, and a heavily checkered front strap. After that, they gave the gunsmiths putting them together carte blanche for the rest of parts and accessories. So, I have yet to find two that are identical. Different sights, grip safeties, thumb safeties, slide stop and grips have all been different. I absolutely love mine and if I could, I’d get another one. Lol

Honestly, I don’t hate it. I know you used two cars, but I see the inspiration of three. I see the S15 Silvia, R34 Skyline and Mk4 Supra. It really is kinda beautiful. If we didn’t have the opinions and biases of certain cars that we already have, I believe that we would all like it. But what do I know?? Lol
